A Programme Manager is required for the dedicated management of this Transformation Programme. The successful candidate should have excellent project management and inter-personal skills, be collaborative as well as be highly organised, have personal drive, and a track record evidencing high-level management of projects of a similar structure, including monitoring and reporting on progress and finances. They will report to the Director CEO and be required to provide regular updates to the Transformation Programme Steering Group, as well as providing detailed updates, feedback and reports to the Transformation Programme Board.
The role could be based at our main site in Harpenden, Hertfordshire or at our site in North Wyke, Devon and we welcome applications from those who may wish to be considered for part-time/flexible working .
Salary will range from £37,890 to £41,438 for a 37 hour week, on a fixed term contract for an initial 18 months, with the possibility of a longer appointment, subject to funding.
