Overview Of Role

The Customer Services Assistant is a reception based position that is instrumental in ensuring all parts of the Rothamsted Enterprises business run smoothly. The role will report into the Customer Services Supervisor. The role holder will work with the entire Rothamsted Enterprises portfolio, including the tenanted services, and events sides of the business. The role is also actively involved in building maintenance.

We are searching for a candidate who is experienced in a Customer Services role and is able to meet a wide variety of tasks and challenges head on. The candidate will be calm under pressure, with excellent customer service, communication, and multitasking skills. They will be one of the first points of call for business enquiries as well as being the face of the business. The ideal candidate has a positive attitude, is passionate about great customer service, and enjoys working with other staff and clients. They will constantly seek excellence in their own work and attitude and work well both within a team and independently. The successful candidate will be a proactive person who thrives in a busy and varied environment.


·        A full-time position at 37 hours per week (5 days over 7)

·        £18,000 per annum starting salary
